Goals Quiz - get started now!

The key to getting started is to be clear as to what you would like to achieve, change and move forward in your life. This quiz is to help you answer some basic questions so you can identify your goals, set a time for them to be done and have some support along the way. Once you have completed the questions (feel free to write as much as you like) you can submit the form and you will receive a pdf that you can print and use as a visual reminder of your goals. You will also receive a reminder after 30 and 60 days to see how you are getting on and to support you in reaching your goals.

What would you say are your three top priorities right now?
What are the three things that you would like to achieve in the next six months?
Do you have any long-term goals? By when would you like to achieve those?
What are the three things that most prey upon your mind?
What are the three things you are avoiding doing?
What three fun things would you like to include in your life right now?
What are your relationships like? What kind of people do you love being around?
Where do you want to live? What does it look like and feel like?
What kind of lifestyle do you have?
What are your daily routines?
What do you do to look after your health? Is there anything you'd like to change?
Now, take a look at your answers and see if there are three things from what you have written that you would like to create as goals. For example you might decide to tackle one of the things that you are avoiding or make as a goal one of the fun things. Remember that goals should always be smart goals: Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Timed. Write your goals below with the date you would like to complete them by.

Goal 1 By when
Goal 2 By when
Goal 3 By when
It is always easier to reach goals if you create a support system. How could you get the support you need?

For example:

  • sharing your goals with a friend and asking them to check in with you regularly
  • creating a treasure map of what you would like to have in your life, picture, photos, inspirational sayings, anything that you can display to remind you daily of your goals
  • using an affirmation (remember to make it in the present tense, I am now…. I am a…. I have….)
  • working with a life coach
  • creating a time management scheme for yourself so you have time to work towards your goals.

These are just some ideas; write below three things that you can do that will support you in succeeding.
