Passion Test for Business

The Passion Test process has been adapted for business.

For Solo Entrepreneurs this program specializes in identifying your unique contribution and work passions and your 10, 5, and 2 year vision.  This ensures that you are focusing all your efforts in the right direction, and using time effectively.  A Cultural Action Plan is devised with specific steps to be rolled out.  Once you have that information you can assess new opportunities when they arise with the confidence of knowing exactly where your work passions lie and how to implement them, hence improving your profits.

Within organisations the program has been created to shift the Company culture to one of full engagement of everyone involved.  When everyone from Senior Management to the new trainee is aligned with the Company’s Unique Contribution and Passions the result is an engaged workforce.  Imagine your whole Company made up of people who are excited about coming to work every day.  That maximizes productivity, innovation, retention and bottom‐line profits.

Ignite the Passion is ready to go and geared for small businesses and teams.  Empower your team to take ownership in your Company’s Unique Contribution, Passions and Vision.  We can help them understand how their work passions contribute to the company’s unique contribution and help give more meaning and purpose to their jobs.

Engage The Passion This program is geared towards any size business that needs assistance in clarifying how they express the Unique Contribution and the Company Passions.  This includes pre and post workshop assessment and consultation, as well as creating strategies for better retention and engagement.

Drive The Passion This is our premier program for large organisations with a focus on integration and measured results.  Customised for accelerated participant engagement and proving congruency through career path/passion alignment.  Empowers the organisation to make decisions based on Company Passions and in alignment with the Company’s Unique Contribution.
