Sometimes you just need to get started somewhere – by creating a momentum life can start to look a little clearer and you can feel that you are moving. The key to getting started is to be clear as to what you would like to achieve, change and move forward in your life.
This quiz is to help you answer some basic questions so you can identify your first steps, set a time for them to be done and have some support along the way. Once you have completed the questions (feel free to write as much as you like, write N/A if you wish to leave a question blank) you can submit the form and you will receive a pdf that you can print and use as a visual reminder of your goals. You will also receive a reminder after 30 and 60 days to see how you are getting on and to support you in reaching your goals.
