Transition Coaching for Executives Facing Redundancy
Designed for Executives who are in a vulnerable space when facing redundancy and who want to discover and take their next step; whether it be the next step in their current career path, a new career, starting a business or creating a completely different life.
As opposed to career coaching which is purely focused on the next role, transition coaching acknowledges that redundancy is a period of uncertainty and some people want and need a different kind of coaching at this point in their lives. Although they may feel vulnerable by being made redundant they also know that this could be the moment in their life where they make some new and different choices. This might be in the form of continuing with their chosen career path with a few tweaks to make it even more fulfilling, or a big life change.
I specialise is coaching people who although have aimed high and created success in their career so far, are wanting to use this situation to take the time and discover what their heart wants. Instead of just taking the next step because it is there, they want to define their own rules for living and make new choices. My book “The Right T-Shirt, Write Your Own Rules, and Live the Life You Want” is written just for that moment iwhen they realise that although they have been there, done that and got the T-shirt, it is now in fact the wrong one. This redundancy is their chance to redress that.
The program includes:
- A weekly 90-minute phone or skype session for six weeks.
- A follow-up email after each session covering what we have talked about in the session plus outlining next steps
- Unlimited email support.
- Laser calls between sessions to discuss any timely issue to make a decision.
Unlike my longer six month Right T-Shirt coaching program the transition coaching is a more focused program over six weeks. In that time you will discover what your next steps are and not only create a plan as to what you wish to be doing but also have all the support you need to deal with any emotional issue that may come from being made redundant and any limiting beliefs that may be stopping you moving forward to your exciting new life.
