Is it time for you to have some direct and personal support?
I work internationally and coach people on the phone anywhere in the world. The initial coaching program is over six months, which experience has shown me is a good length of time to ensure change happens.
This program includes:
Two 60-minute sessions per month over six months. I use skype or can call you on your landline. If it is easier I have a UK landline number you can call me on that finds me wherever I am in the world.
A follow-up email after each session covering what we have talked about in the session. My clients tell me that this is so useful to have to refer back to. And it ensures that you have a note about your next steps (no excuses for not moving forward!).
Unlimited email support. If something is just niggling you and you want some input or if you need a different perspective on a sticky issue you can just drop me a line anytime. Or you can do what some of my other clients do which is use my inbox as place to put their thoughts. Sometimes just writing things out helps.
Laser calls between sessions. If you are stuck trying to progress something, need to discuss a timely issue to make a decision, or simply feeling discouraged and need some encouragement you can call between our scheduled session to discuss these and any other issues you may have.
Specific next steps for you to take between each session to ensure the progress that you want.
All these aspects are designed to support you in taking substantial steps towards the change you want. You will feel more in touch with who you really are and understand what you really want in your life and you will build the confidence to go for it.
