How do you want to arrive? Can I help?

I moved to the south of Spain to follow the impulse that I could create the life of my dreams here. I live in a beautiful place where the mountains come down to the sea, the sun shines a lot and my lifestyle is as I choose. This did not come to me on a plate but rather I got clear on what I wanted and made it happen. I know what it takes to create the dream and my personal experience can help you create yours.

I have a varied business background ranging from sales training and recruitment, through the management of a retreat site to business meeting facilitation and presentation coaching. All of these experiences along with the various courses I took along the way; coaching, facilitation, counselling and strategic management, gave me insight into the way we work as humans, how our beliefs and expectations rule our reality.

At the same time as I was following my working career I began the walk along the spiritual path. I began to discover who I am, what my highest truth is, what makes me tick. I became aware of my legacy of negative self-beliefs and learnt to work out how to overcome them and become a bigger, greater, higher version of me. All my life experience infused with my spiritual understanding informs my work as a Life Coach. Fulfilment is the key to our happiness and that means different things to different people. I totally believe in the unlimited divine potential in each and every one of us and my work is to help you achieve your life's purpose, whatever that may mean for you.

As well as my own individual coaching practise I am a coach for The Big Stretch (www.thebigstretch.com) - a life changing holiday an active week in Spain's most unspoiled, dramatic mountains... and guided life coaching, combined.
